Groups are a collection of Topics. Tags are a special Group that let you group together generic Topics. Together they provide a great way to keep all your content organised. We recommend using your existing Content Strategy to create Groups and Topics. We have pre-defined a few Groups and Topics to show you what is possible. Feel free to edit/delete them and add new ones as needed.
Click on 'Setup' in the Navigation Bar (the blue bar at the top of the screen) and then click on 'Organise' in the drop-down menu (as shown below).

Click the
button to create a new Group. A dialog box opens up allowing you to enter the Group name and add as many Topics as you like. You can also choose the colour that will represent the Group.

Click on any topic
to edit the name. Don't forget to save your change. You can also delete the topic from here by clicking the
button.

Click the
button to add a Topic to an existing Group. A dialog box opens up allowing you to enter the Topic name. You can add more topics if you wish to do so.

To delete a group or topic drag it to the dotted box in the right panel and click the
button to confirm.
