How do I organise Content by Topics?

When Uploading content you can organise content by Topics in the 'Customise' section.

Do not worry if you forget to organise Content when uploading it. Navigate to the Content you'd like to organise either by clicking on the title or the
button.
This will bring you to the internal landing page for the selected content. Next click the 
button under the 'TASKS' section in the panel to your right and this will take you to the 'Customise' section detailed in step 1 above.
