Click on 'Setup' in the Navigation Bar (the blue bar at the top of the screen) and then click on 'People' in the drop-down menu. This will take you to the 'People' page where you can send invitations to your colleagues to join ContentSift.
Click the 
button which will open a dialog box where you can enter a comma separated list of emails to send the invitation to.
