Storage has become so economically viable that we believe it is better to Archive content than delete it completely from the system. You might still want to access historic statistics of the old content for instance. Hence instead of deletion we offer an 'Archive' feature. Note: This is only available to the 'Administrator' roles.
Click on the 'Archive' button 
and confirm your decision to archive the selected Content. This will move your Content into the Archived section that is accessible from the 'Content' section to Administrator and Marketing roles. (If you change your mind you can Unarchive content by clicking on the Unarchive button.

Viewing Expired Content will display a warning at the top to ensure it isn't accidentally used.
